On this job we pick and decode the lock not to gain entry but to decode the wafers and get the correct key code. This allows us to gain entry to the vehicle with a newly cut blade. We then proceed to program a new (proximity) smart key into the system of the vehicle, meaning we can start the vehicle as well as retaining all of the original remote functions.
